Terms of Service
General:
1. Please have PATIENCE, commissions take time and rest assured, I will be updating you from time to time of the piece’s progress.
2. Please be as detailed as possible with your order as it helps me visualize the artwork better. I would appreciate it if you could send me some reference photos/links.
3. Please respect my art style and requests on heavy referencing specific art styles will not be accepted.
4. WILL DRAW: sfw, nsfw (FOR 18+ ONLY), BTS, other kpop groups, real people, up to 7 people in one image, AUs, hybrids.
5. WILL NOT DRAW: mecha, furry; though I am open to discussion.
6. All WIPs that I will present to you will have my watermark to avoid stealing/reposting.
7. I will be sending you an email of the final piece.
8. All and any information that you will give me will only stay in DMs for privacy purposes.
Payment:
1. DO NOT SEND PAYMENTS UNTIL I CONFIRM YOUR ORDER. I will be sending you a DM of your total.
2. Payments must be done in FULL UPFRONT before I can start on your commission.
3. NO CANCELLATIONS AFTER PAYMENT, so please be 100% sure before you ask for a commission.
4. Modes of payment available are PayPal (international) and GCash (local/Philippines) only.
5. For PayPal payments, kindly send it as "friends and family."
6. All prices already include additional fees.
6. All prices are base price; prices can increase depending on the complexity of the client's order.
Revisions:
1. ONLY 2 revisions allowed during the sketch and line art phase. Anymore would result in additional payment of +25% of the total.
2. I will show you the sketch to ask for approval before moving on to the line art.
Copyright:
1. All finished pieces will have my watermark.
2. Finished pieces are for the commissioner's PERSONAL USE ONLY. Selling and redistribution are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
3. Use of the finished pieces for NFTs are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
4. You may post the finished piece AS LONG AS you DO NOT remove my watermark or claim it as your own.
5. I have the right to post the finished pieces on any of my socials/portfolio, unless the client requests me not to.
4. Any kind of modifications made to the finished piece is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Cropping is allowed.
